The Ceramic Powder Screening Machine is a circular gyratory screen with adjustable multiplane three component mechanical vibrations. The heart of the Gyroscreen is the specially made sturdy vibrator motor which is specially designed for trouble free continuous long operations. The vibrator motor has double extended shaft fitted at each end with variable eccentric weights. It is rigidly mounted on a circular vibrating table on rugged support springs. A number of interchangeable spacing rims having discharge outlets along with mesh frames fitted with suitable screen cloth can be mounted in a heap on the vibrating table with the help of clamp rings.

??? The top weight on the motor shaft rotates in a plane close to the centre of the mass of assembly. Rotation of the top eccentric weights create vibration in the horizontal plane causing the material to move across the screen cloth towards the periphery which increases the top eccentric mass. This increases the horizontal throw causing oversize material to discharge at a faster rate.

??? The bottom eccentric weight rotates below the centre of vibrating mass creating a tilt on the screen, thus generating a vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. Increasing the vertical component of motion which promotes turn over of material on the screen surface helps maximum quantity of undersize material to pass through the screen. The effective vertical motion helps in minimizing blinding of screen by “near size” particles. The tangential component of motion is controlled by the angle.

??? Variation in lead angle controls the spiral pattern of material travel over the screen cloth. Speed and flow pattern of material travel over the screen cloth can be set by the operator for maximum through put and screening efficiency for any screenable product, a)wet or dry, b)coarse or fine, c) heavy or light OR d)hot or cold. Typical material travel patterns or controlled pathway generated at various lead angle are illustrated below.

??? The material is fed to the centre of the top screen. The undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery. The over size material get continuously discharged through a tangential outlet. Sepro gryoscreens are equipped to handle up to five different screens one on the top of the other with simultaneous screening operations.

• Greater capacity, more accurate screening.
• Higher capacity per meter square of screening area and discharge of oversize material includes relatively much less percentage of fines as compared to other screening machines.

• Minimum Blinding.
• The multiplane action limits screen blinding to an acceptable minimum. However for materials with inherent blinding characteristics, anti-blinding accessories 
• are offered to eliminate blinding.
• Minimum Power Consumption.
• Long life with self compensating Screen Tension.

• Longer Screen Life: Screen cloth is held in uniform tension on specifically designed mesh frames. The drum tight screening surface vibrates rigidly without flexing of wires, which greatly reduces the screen wear and increases the screen life.

• No Transmitted VibrationNo special flooring or foundation is required. The Equipment could be placed wherever required, for instance, on top of Bins, on Wood, on Upper Floor or on other Light Structures. The surface need not be specially designed for vibratory screening equipment.

• Fulfilling Space ConstraintsFor equivalent capacity, Sepro Gyroscreen requires much less space as compared to other screening systems. Compact Sepro units can be accommodated right in to existing Production lines.
