Our product is specially designed rubber lined bowl having three component mechanical vibrations vertical, horizontal & gyratory, which can be tuned independently to suit any specific job for the optimum finish of parts. The components to be deburred/finished, are loaded into the bowl, along with specific proportion of media, water & finishing compound. Then, optimum vibration are set, these vibrations make components and media along with compound roll over each other and interact rigorously, resulting in deburring, finishing, descaling, discoloring, burnishing, smoothing & brightening of components. The finish depends on the type and size of media, type and composition of chemicals, vibration pattern set & of course the cycle time given.

We have a capable team of design engineers, who can design the special machines to suit specific needs of our valuable customers, where the components cannot be accommodated into our present range, or the desired results on a specific components are needed to be enhanced.

We carry out the free trail of samples to be deburred/finished at our pilot plant. Kindly arrange to send the samples on returnable basis to carry out the trail in line with the exact requirement of clients.

Special purpose deburring / finishing, quality media in terms of grade, shape & size to suit specific components for achieving desired finish. To achieve better & faster finish special purpose chemicals are also available.

The Structure

It is a specially designed rubber lined bowl having intentional three component mechanical vibrations viz. Vertical, Horizontal and Gyratory. These vibrations can be independently tuned to suit any specific job for the optimum finish of parts.

The Work Methodology

The components to be deburred/finished are loaded into the bowl, along with specific proportion of media, water and finishing compound.

Optimum vibration are set to generate suitable motion. It forces the components and media along with the compound to roll over each other and interact rigorously, resulting in functions like Deburring, Finishing, Descaling, Discolouring, Burnishing, Smoothening & Brightening of components.

The final finish depends on the design of Bowl, type and size of media, type and composition of chemicals, setting of the vibration pattern & the specified cycle time.
